Sized to the seats
The hall’s address gets an allowance for every seat, instead of the limit for one visitor.
Exam halls
When every machine in a hall shares one internet address, most platforms see one visitor and turn the rest away at sign-in. A Medhank hall link tells us it is a room, and how many seats it has.

One hall link.
Every seat signs in.
Exam halls are switched on for your institution by Medhank. Ask us when you plan your first lab exam.
On the test’s Exam hall tab, switch it on and enter the seats. A slot test takes its seats from its slots.
Copy the hall link and open it on each computer in the hall before candidates arrive.
With their own invited email address. The link only changes the limits for the room.
The hall’s address gets an allowance for every seat, instead of the limit for one visitor.
It works from shortly before the test opens until it closes, and does nothing outside that.
Sign-in, invitations and who may sit the test are unchanged. Someone with the link and no invitation still cannot sit.
Make a new link and the old one stops working at once, if it is ever shared beyond the hall.
Something else? Ask us.
A hall of 500 has been tested end to end: every candidate signed in and handed in, with answers saving in milliseconds. Tell us if yours is larger and we will plan it with you.
No. It only raises the limits for the hall’s internet address. Every candidate still signs in with the email address they were invited with.
Make a new one from the test’s Exam hall tab. The old link stops working at once.
