For startups hiring

Hire on what people
can actually do.

Send one invitation instead of a take-home. Candidates sit an aptitude round, a written round and a coding round in one sitting, and your team reads every answer before anyone decides.

Look past the résumé.
Read the work.

Five programming languagesHidden test casesFree while Pro is on its way

One sitting,
three ways to show it.

An aptitude screen

Objective questions on reasoning and fundamentals, marked the moment the candidate submits, so the first cut takes minutes.

A written round

Ask how they would approach a problem, and read how they think rather than what they memorised.

A coding round

Real code in Python, Java, C++, C or JavaScript, run against sample cases while they work and graded against hidden ones when they submit.

A campus drive

Invite a whole batch at once. The platform has carried 3,000 candidates sitting together, and a college lab can sit on one connection with a hall link.

Built for a small team
with a big pipeline.

Invitations by email

Candidates sign in with the address you invited. No accounts to create, no links to forward.

Coding tests

Five languages, sample and hidden test cases, and a cap on how often a candidate can run their code.

Proctoring

Camera, screen and tab-switch rules, and a browser extension that spots AI assistants and remote-control tools.

A shared question bank

Reuse a round across roles, and change a question without changing a test someone is sitting.

People decide.
Not the score.

Medhank shows your team what each candidate did. It does not hire or reject anyone.

It never:

  • Rejects a candidate on its own
  • Ranks people across different tests
  • Treats a proctoring flag as a verdict

A flag points a reviewer at a moment worth looking at. What happened, and what it means, is a person’s call.

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Something else? Ask us.

Which programming languages can candidates use?

Python 3, JavaScript (Node.js), Java, C++ and C. The candidate picks the one they write best.

Can it stop candidates using AI tools?

It can see what happens in the browser: the extension spots installed AI assistants and remote-control tools, and tab switches and second screens are counted. It cannot see a phone beside the laptop, so pair it with camera proctoring for rounds that matter.

Do candidates need an account?

No. They sign in with the email address you invited, and see only the tests they were invited to.

What does it cost?

Medhank is free today. Pro is coming; its pricing will be announced before anything is charged.

Let’s see what’s possible
