Grievances and contact
Last updated 6 October 2026.
If something has gone wrong — with your data, a test, or the way you were treated on Medhank — this is how to tell us, and what happens next.
First, the right place
- About a test, a result, a flag or an ended attempt: ask the institution or company that set the test. They decide results and review flags, and the record is theirs.
- About your test data — to see, correct or delete it: ask your institution first. We help them answer.
- About Medhank itself, your account, a testimonial, this website, or if your institution could not help: write to us.
How to raise a grievance with us
Email our Grievance Officer at [email protected] with “Grievance” in the subject. Tell us your name, the email address you use on Medhank, the institution involved if there is one, and what happened. Do not send passwords or ID documents.
Our Grievance Officer is Bhanu Pratap, Grievance Officer, The Regiment — [email protected], +91 70085 66118. You can also write to them at The Regiment, registered office NH-11, Ward no. 25, Ambika Nagar, Chirawa, Rajasthan 333026, India, with its office at D-63, Kalwar Road, Kardhani, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012, India.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your grievance within 2 working days.
- If it concerns an institution’s data, we pass it to them the same day and tell you we have.
- We give you a reasoned answer as soon as we can, and in any case within 90 days, as the DPDP Rules require.
If you are not satisfied
Once you have been through this process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Candidates in the European Union or the United Kingdom may complain to their data protection authority.
